Damaged Merchandise

OUR RESPONSIBILITY OF SHIPMENT CEASES WITH ACCEPTANCE BY CARRIERS. If any goods called for on a bill of lading are short or damaged, do not accept them until the freight agent makes a short/damage notation on your freight bill.

THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE SHIPMENT AS SOON AS RECEIVED. Crawfish Company of Central Florida, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage once you sign delivery receipt from the carrier. Your signature indicates shipment was received as specified on the bill of lading.

Returns

All Bayou Classic products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Any returns require a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted and no credit issued without the Crawfish Company of Central Florida Inc.'s prior consent.
